What an unforgettable journey it was taking Sandro (Jabina Soro) to the 2018 WUSV IGP World Championships — made even more special by the fact that the event was hosted in Denmark, my homeland. A true dream come true, and a moment of immense pride to represent Australia on Danish soil.
The road from Australia to Denmark was long, but every step was worth it. Preparing for a world championship demands relentless dedication, and to compete alongside the world’s best handlers and dogs was a tremendous honour. Walking onto the field in Denmark, with Sandro by my side, was a moment I’ll never forget.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported this journey — especially to my Danish dog friends who welcomed us, offered their help, and made us feel right at home. Your support, encouragement, and generosity meant the world, and made the experience even more memorable.
The experience, the lessons, and the memories gathered in 2018 have left a lasting mark. I look forward to carrying these lessons forward into the future of our IGP journey.

Each puppy undertakes early socialisation and age-appropriate exposure to new environments, sounds, and people help prepare them for a confident and balanced start in life.
