Kanikular Kennels litter news

Kanikular Kennels were delighted to welcome three male puppies on February 12. The puppies are after JABINA NALA (IPO3, AZ, 2016 WUSV WM participant) and JABINA ROONEY (IPO3, HD/ED normal, 2015 WUSV WM participant).

This litter is a direct imported bloodline from the renowned Kennel Jabina who consistently over many years have produced high performance working German Shepherd dogs. The litter belongs to a family who over five generations has produced many dogs participating in WUSV World Championships and other high-level sporting events. Kennel Kanikular is extremely proud to get this new bloodline to Australia, and make it available to those who want that something special. We should expect this litter to be full of drive, sound temperament and health, and high desire to work for the handler.

JABINA NALA (aka 'Kita') arrived to the Australian shores March 2014 with no titles. October 2016 we represented Australia at the WUSV World Championship. This achivement testifies Kita's passion for working. She is a powerful, energetic and charismatic bitch with a temperament that is rock solid. She gives herself +100% and she has most definitely inherited the full hard grip and fight drive that is so characteristic for the Kennel Jabina dogs. Kita's father, JABINA GUSTAV (IPO3, Kkl.1) qualified to the WUSV World championship in 2012 at the age of just 20 months with a score of 98, 94 and 97. JABINA GUSTAV placed 16th at the GSD Master World Tournament. Gustav's sister is the mother to Jabina Zlatan who won the WUSV Universal Sieger 2016 World Championship. Kita's grandmother, JABINA DIGHTE (IPO3, kkl.1) , placed 3rd at the 2007 WUSV WM, she placed in the top 20 at 2009 WUSV WM, 2009 FCI IPO WM and she won the Danish National Championships in 2008.

JABINA ROONEY had his first IPO3 competition season in 2015 and his results at the Danish qualification matches resulted in a spot for him to represent Denmark at the 2015 WUSV WM. His father Mike vom Weinbergblick (IPO3 Kk1 showscore V) is foremost known for being an extremely consistent producer of dogs with healthy hips and elbows and hence being used in most of the European countries. Secondly, Mike vom Weinbergblick is the dog with the most progeny participating in the last three WUSV competitions. Rooney's mother Jabina Fritte (IPO3, Kkl2) have in recent years been the mother with most progeny at the Danish IPO3 championships. Further Jabina Fritte's sister and brother (Jabina Fanta (IPO3) and Jabina Freddy) have both been WUSV participants.
